Comfort Inn & Suites Greenville Near East Carolina University

Kristine Klaus at the front desk was so good to us. She opened the pool for us in the morning and was so sweet to our baby. Breakfast area was clean and stocked. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Staff was spectacular from minute ONE!!! Kristan Kluase made the stay a GAINT!!! My wife and I stay here everything we come into town we were here this time on 7/9/2025. A few years ago our 1st experience was when the hotel was under renovation.. I had a mtg to attend I did not have a decent bck ground. The Staff jumped i to action and made it happen!!!

We stayed there 2 months ago. The staff were super friendly. The included hot breakfast was better than average and the hostess was outstanding. She kept everything filled and clean. When we got home, we realized my son lost his wallet. We had no idea where. The hotel staff called and said it was found and they worked with us to have it returned several states away. Not only did he get his wallet back with every last dollar intact, they sent a cute note along with it. Their honesty, hospitality and professionalism is a breath of fresh air in the world we live in today. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend them. 5 stars plus to all of the staff we dealt with! Thank you!!

I got a standard suite and the bed was Hugh n so comfortable n with pillows that I just melted in The room was clean n quiet n the staff is amazing from check in to check out. Hot coffee around the clock. Amazing hot n cold breakfast and the indoor pool is always up n running.

I’m staying here for my training this week and this is my second night here. I was upstairs and I really wanted to be on the bottom floor and I really wanted to be just cool Due to the high temperatures And I just wanted to be able to go to my room to be able to just relax and I couldn’t get that in the room on the third floor. Well, I told the nice young gentleman that was working down there tonight. I said I just don’t feel right in this room. I haven’t been able to sleep in the last two nights could you please move me on the first floor please or I’m just gonna go home It was only an hour drive back-and-forth, but still that’s a lot of gas and he understood. He immediately hand me a room for the same price as the king and Now I can some rest. I really appreciate that guy. He was really nice to me because I just didn’t feel right in that room and he took care of me. The guy that works at night (3rd shift) He really is nice and kind guy. I suggest you keep him. I've stayed at this location several times now, but I never gave a review. Out of the 6 or 7 times I've stayed here, this review is consistent with each stay. Staff is outstanding and always nice and helpful. The whole place is always clean and quiet. Room are nice, with alot of light. Some hotels lack lighting throughout the room. The breakfast is always plentiful and hot. Nice clean indoor pool. Really nice gym area. Location is in center of Greenville. Plenty of restaurants within a 3 mile stretch. Cracker Barrel and Texas Roadhouse within walking distance.

The front desk was very polite and nice. They honored my request. Our room was clean. Only negative is there were black spots up at the ceiling? I assumed it was mold not sure but the breakfast was really good and we probably stay there again.

Staff was absolutely fantastic from my check-in to my checkout. My room was so nice and very clean. I will most definitely be returning to this location. If you're traveling through the Greenville area and find yourself in need of a hotel room. Don't hesitate to check in with the comfort inn and suites you won't regret it.
